Cook Heritage Hills Assisted Living and Memory Care Shift Information: Part-Time, 6am-2pm and 11am-7pm, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for preparing and serving planned menu as well as maintaining quality standards in the dining services department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform any other duties as requested within the scope of responsibility and requirements of the job.
