Primary Care Physician – Long-Term Care & Skilled Nursing Flexible Schedule | Southeast Colorado (Lamar → Trinidad) Lykos Medical as part of Brigade Health About the Role: Lykos Medical as part of Brigade Health is seeking a Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to provide supervisory and clinical oversight for Long-Term Care (LTC) and Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) across rural Southeast Colorado .
