Job description

Essential Job Functions: - Responsible for the safety and well-being of guests and fellow employees. - Investigates various incidents that concern the welfare of the casino. - Review and approve all documents as needed. - Assist the Security Shift Supervisor in the supervision and direction of Guest Safety Officers in performing their duties and procedures of the company. - Assists the supervisor in preparation of schedules and daily paperwork. - Develops a strong working relationship with the police department. - Conducts good public relations with all guests and company employees - All surveillance equipment operates, including but not limited to: Monitors, switchers, computers, controllers and cameras. - Provides CCTV and personal observations of all departments and applicable job functions to assure compliance with established laws, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls. - Meets the attendance guidelines of the job and adheres to regulatory, departmental and company policies. - Works a flexible schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays. - Works a reasonable amount of overtime when required All team members will follow the Everyone Greets Everyone (EGE...
