The companies writing the big checks aren’t just developers anymore: they’re legal teams, compliance officers, ops and IT leaders, and procurement orgs who need voice AI they can actually govern. We need a Principal PM who understands that the real product isn’t just the agent: it’s the trust infrastructure around it. Live guardrails, audit trails, monitoring, compliance — particularly hard to do with voice AI in two-way live high-stakes interactions with customers. This person will be critical to the success of the company. What You’ll Do: 30 Day: Become unreasonably dangerous on the Vapi platform and the enterprise buyer landscape: the product, the deals, the friction, the gaps. Map where enterprise deals stall: legal, security, compliance reviews, feature gaps, onboarding. Write a “here’s the mess + here’s the opportunity” brief for the enterprise segment...
