Salary: £66,336 – £72,150 | Full time, Fixed Term until 31/03/2027 | 37 hours per week | Lancashire We are currently recruiting…: Two exceptional Senior Managers to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Families First , Lancashire’s flagship children’s services reform programme - one will be aligned to Early Help & one from Children's Social Care. This is a rare opportunity to operate at the heart of a once‑in‑a‑generation national transformation - supporting the redesign of early help and safeguarding so that families receive the right help, at the right time, in the right way . You'll be bringing to life how the Families First Programme can make a difference within your specific service and you'll be representing the views of your Head of Service on how this can be integrated.
