Apogee Architectural Metals Job Overview: The Anodize II is an intermediate-level position in a manufacturing environment responsible for performing more complex anodize tasks with minimal supervision. This role involves preparing surfaces, mixing, and applying various types of paints and coatings, and ensuring that finished products meet high-quality standards. The Production Painter II is expected to have a strong understanding of painting techniques, equipment, and safety protocols, contributing to the efficiency and quality of the production process. Key Responsibilities: Mastery of advanced painting techniques, including the application of specialized coatings (e.g., powder coating, UV-cured paints) and work on complex surfaces. Ability to apply different types of paints and coatings, including primers, enamels, and epoxies, with consistency. Understanding of color mixing, matching, and blending to achieve desired results.
