The Tenth Judicial District Human Resources Department is seeking a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and people-focused Human Resources Leaves and Benefits Coordinator to join our team in Ramsey, MN. Our forward-thinking and innovative HR team consists of six professionals supporting 45 judicial officers and just over 350 employees. This position is primarily responsible for processing leaves of absence, retirements, payroll processing and supporting other human resources functions. This role exercises considerable independent judgment and decision-making and reports to a Human Resources Supervisor (Generalist). The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a professional, fast-paced environment and communicating with employees, supervisors, managers, and judges.
