Reporting to the North America Logistics Operations Director, this role provides strategic and operational leadership for the end-to-end movement of refined fuel across an assigned region. The position is responsible for ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective logistics operations while optimizing carrier performance, managing teams, and driving continuous improvement across a 24/7 operating environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The position includes, but is not limited to, the following essential job duties, responsibilities and requirements: Operational Leadership & Execution Lead day-to-day logistics operations for refined fuel transportation across an assigned region. Manage and develop a team of logistics and supply chain professionals, setting clear priorities and performance expectations. Ensure consistent, reliable product delivery aligned with service, cost, and safety targets. Oversee routing, dispatch, and carrier execution to maximize efficiency and asset utilization.
