Full-Time Social Services Specialist l 40 hours/week l 9:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday l No weekends The Social Services Specialist is responsible for providing social work services to residents under the supervision of the Licensed Social Worker. This position partners with the care transitions team to support residents and their family members providing general case management, and psychosocial and environmental support. The targeted pay range for this job is $26- $30 per hour.
