MarTech Specialist Location: Richmond, BC: Job Type: Full Time London Drugs is looking for a MarTech Specialist to support day to day execution across our marketing technology platforms. This is a hands on role focused on CRM, CMS, automation, and owned digital channels, helping Marketing deliver seamless, data driven customer experiences. What You’ll Do: - Execute and support campaigns across CRM, CMS, and owned channels (email, website, app, SMS, digital signage) - Build, QA, and troubleshoot automated customer journeys, templates, and digital assets - Write and maintain code for marketing assets (HTML, CSS; some JavaScript/JSON) - Support personalization, journey logic, and platform configuration - Assist with integrations, data flows, and third party marketing tools - Partner with Marketing, IT, Analytics, designers, and vendors on execution and testing - Maintain documentation, templates, and technical standards - Stay current on MarTech tools, platform updates, and digital best practices Wha...
