About the Role: The Associate Recruiting Specialist – Lateral Associates, EME is an integral part of Latham’s Associate Recruiting team, responsible for driving full‑cycle lateral associate recruitment across Europe and the Middle East. Based in London, the Specialist will ensure consistent recruiting practices and processes across our regional offices and manage assigned requisitions for designated practice groups and jurisdictions from vacancy approval through offer, collaborating with the Associate Recruiting Manager for guidance as needed.
