Position Overview: The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager by ensuring a positive customer and employee experience and driving sales and profitability for the location. The Assistant Manager plays a key leadership role in day-to-day operations, including overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with state and local cannabis regulations, driving sales, and enhancing customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. This position is located in our Green Solution store located on Peoria, CT, Aurora, CO.
