Role Overview: We are seeking a Business Systems Manager to own the strategy, administration, and internal adoption of our core enterprise platforms: HubSpot (CRM), NetSuite (ERP), and the Atlassian Suite (Jira/JSM) . As we continue to scale, we need more than just an administrator; we need an architect who can help bridge the gap between technical systems and human workflows. You will not only build and integrate these platforms but also act as a lead educator—empowering our Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to master their own segments of the tech stack.
