Become a part of our caring community The Certified Pharmacy Technician takes in-bound phone calls from patients and providers. Enter prescription orders into the system. Also support Pharmacists and Patients by ensuring adherence to Specialty Rx specific operational programs developed to improve health outcomes which includes effective communication with patients and providers. Typically focus decisions on interpretation of area/department policy and methods for completing assignments. Works within defined parameters to identify work expectations and quality standards, but has some latitude over prioritization/timing, and works under minimal direction. Follow standard practices that allow for some opportunity for interpretation/deviation and independent discretion.
