Job Description Summary: The Residential Sales Manager leads development of residential business objectives in support of corporate business objectives and brand strategy. Responsible for all aspects of managing Independent Rep Agencies. Provides direction and objective coaching; administers residential budget, manages expenditures. Develops business relationships with key wholesalers, builders, and contractors.
