Job description

Responsibilities: - In charge of general housekeeping and janitorial tasks. - Remove trash staged by departments and transport to waste receptacles. - Ensure supply and stock of restroom/breakroom supplies. - Property grounds keeping (mowing, weed whacking, paving, sweeping). - In charge of general snow removal and ice melt applications in winter months. - Work with Department Supervisors to identify housekeeping needs. - Complete basic repairs to facility infrastructure. - Perform monthly documented checks for fire extinguishers, eye wash, showers. Report deficiencies to Management, and correct deficiencies. - Assist maintenance with rigging and transportation of maintenance supplies. - Operate forklift for assistance, as needed. - Basic IT hardware maintenance (such as low voltage and data cable running and connecting). - Contribute to a 5S environment. - Performs other duties as assigned.
