Job Description: - Provide professional-level instruction in GED and CASAS reading and math preparation, as well as high school diploma coursework. - Facilitate 1:1 and small group sessions to meet individual learning needs. - Monitor and support student progress, including math gains and CASAS/GED achievements. - Maintain accurate attendance records and complete weekly reports as required. - Develop and maintain lesson plans aligned with course objectives and competency-based instruction. - Utilize computer-assisted instruction and cooperative learning techniques effectively. - Deliver necessary accommodations to students in compliance with program requirements. - Evaluate and document student progress, including case notes in CIS where appropriate. - Actively participate in departmental and all-staff meetings. - Complete required staff training in a timely ma...
