Smith & Nephew’s Advanced Wound Management (AWM) division is on a journey to design and develop new innovative digital products that shape and redefine what is possible in wound care. We are seeking a Staff Firmware Engineer , who will lead the research and development of Firmware / Embedded software for connected Wound therapy medical devices and digital products. The person in this role will work with the Director of R&D – AWM Software Development and Digitally Enabled Products. The successful candidate will bring a demonstrated track record and experience designing and developing software for connected / IoT devices and low-power wearable digital devices from concept to market launch.
