Company: Compassus Position Summary: The Director of Philanthropy is responsible for modeling the Compassus values of Compassion, Integrity, Excellence, Teamwork, and Innovation and for promoting the Compassus philosophy, using the 6 Pillars of Success as the foundation. S/he is responsible for upholding the Code of Ethical Conduct and for promoting positive working relationships within the company, among all departments, and all external stakeholders. The Director of Philanthropy leads fundraising and donor engagement efforts. This leader will play a critical role in expanding the Foundation's impact by cultivating a diverse community of supporters, developing inclusive partnerships, and securing the resources necessary to advance our mission. This role requires both big-picture strategy and hands-on execution, as well as a deep respect for the communities we serve.
