Overview The Charlotte, NC office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Labor & Employment Practice. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in North Carolina and have at least two (2) years of experience in employment law matters. Experience with general liability, premises liability, commercial disputes, construction litigation, and/or complex civil litigation is preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who are proactive and passionate about assuming a high-level role providing legal service within a sophisticated practice and who are seeking to assume a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment law. This role requires extensive contact with clients, governmental agencies and opposing counsel.
