This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company. ABOUT THE POSITION: SOREL is seeking a strategic, innovative, consumer driven, executive leader responsible for shaping and scaling the global footwear business. This leader will guide the strategic direction, design, and development of the footwear division to drive growth and profitability, overseeing the full product life cycle and aligning product creation with the brand vision. Reporting directly to the Brand President, this leader will steward an already high performing organization and will be accountable for delivering double digit growth, refining the product line, and developing a three-year roadmap for global expansion.
