Lotus Cars builds world-class, high-performance and lightweight sports cars that are sold all around the world. To bring the company to the level we want it to be, we are looking for a OTD (Order to Delivery) Manager to join us in our Global Commercial site based in Coventry. Summary: Core Responsibilities 1. Lead the establishment and continuous improvement of the end-to-end OTD management system, including process governance and performance evaluation mechanisms, to shorten delivery cycles and improve efficiency 2. Manage the full lifecycle of vehicle orders; coordinate with marketing and sales channels (direct + dealers), receive order demand, conduct order reviews (capacity matching, material availability, configuration compliance), define prioritization rules, and ensure efficient order allocation and processing 3. Develop production planning based on order demand, capacity load, and material supply; balance delivery priorities and capacity utilization to ensure feasible and executable production schedules and on-time delivery 4.
