As Business Development Manager SOEUR, you will lead the commercial strategy for a high potential territory, shaping how we partner with customers and grow our arthroscopy portfolio across Southern Europe. Based in Barcelona and working in a field based sales leadership role, this is an opportunity to combine strategic influence, people leadership and deep market expertise to make a lasting impact. What will you be doing?: You will take ownership of the Sports Medicine SOEUR business, leading both strategy and execution across the territory. Working closely with a team of Business Development Specialists and the wider sales organisation, you will identify and develop new opportunities, build long term relationships with key customers and influencers, and adapt our value proposition to meet the needs of each account.
