Description Concept Solutions is seeking an IronPort / Email Security Administrator to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Information Technology (AIT) Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Services under the ITIPSS contract. This role is responsible for the administration, monitoring, and optimization of Cisco IronPort (Email Security Appliance) systems, while also supporting evolving email platforms including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace . The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in email security, system administration, and network fundamentals, with the ability to operate across hybrid or transitioning messaging environments. Email Security & IronPort Administration: - Administer and maintain Cisco IronPort Secure Email Gateway (SEG) appliances - Manage AsyncOS configurations, upgrades, and system performance - Implement and enforce email security policies (anti-spam, anti-malware, data loss prevention) - Monitor, analyze, and respond to email threats and incidents - Perform message tracking, reporting, and log analysis - Apply firmware updates, patches, and security enhancements Enterprise Messaging Support: - Support and administer Microsoft 36...
