Assist clients in developing/maintaining structure in their daily routines to achieve self-sufficiency. QualificationsESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise Case Managers and interns to ensure all interactions align with the trauma-informed, strengths- based program design. Provide on-going program evaluation, staff training liaison for case managers, data tracking, random audits, and reporting to offer recommendations to the Program Manager to ensure continuous contract requirements and program development and quality are met. Responsible for providing support to staff and clients related to day-to-day functioning of the program. Responsibilities are carried out by teaching, training, supporting, coaching, and acting as a check and balance.
