The Coverage Lead Home Delivery Driver will be primarily responsible for supporting open route coverage for scheduled/unscheduled absences for a given territory and support training for new team members. Schedule: 4 Day Work Week (Flexible for last minute coverage of routes) Pay: $23.00 per hour Travel to help cover routes in other territories is required as needed; can be up to 25% travel Position responsibilities may include, but not limited to - Travel to help cover routes in other territories; up to 25% travel - Safely operate company vehicle and obey traffic laws at all times - Load meals into company vehicle at designated cold storage facility - Deliver meals to our clients, often taking meals into clients’ homes - Make phone calls to clients when delivery issues arise or if necessary for your region - Accurately and consistently record deliveries on MMHD delivery application - Consistently follow all food related sanitation/food safety procedures - Provide excellent customer service to clients at all times - Inspect, clean, and maintain equipment in a safe operating manner - Report any equipment failures and vehicle damage immediately to supervisor so proper repairs can be s...
