Position Summary: Applications are invited for consideration for the position of Head Women’s Basketball Coach at Yeshiva University's Beren Campus in midtown Manhattan. This is a part-time position responsible for leading all aspects of an NCAA Division III women’s basketball program. Position Responsibilities: The head coach will also be responsible for working with athletics staff to support and uphold the philosophy, goals, and mission of both the university and the YU athletics program - Recruitment and retention of student-athletes - On-court development of student-athletes - Practice sessions - Game preparation - Supervision of assistant coaches - Practice and game scheduling - Purchasing of equipment - Monitoring the academic status of student-athletes Experience & Education Background: - Bachelor’s degree required - Commitment to learning and upholding NCAA Division III rules and regulations - Minimum two years of collegiate coaching experience preferred, or three years at the high school or club level - Commitment to working closely with the department’s recruiting coordinator on identifying and building relationships with Yeshiva High School and international recruits Sk...
