Description Job Summary: The primary responsibility of the Account Manager is to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at contracted & non-contracted hospitals, healthcare facilities, and agencies within assigned territory. This position is charged with researching and resolving problems at the customer level throughout the assigned region. This position requires familiarity with county EMS regulations, industry competition, hospital departments, healthcare systems and how they relate to patient transportation. Must also be familiar with territory industry trends. Must have a clear understanding of NORCAL company policies & procedures and be able to highlight company philosophy. Expectations: Plan and execute growth & maintenance strategies that align with territory business plan; build and maintain relationships with key account personnel & leadership.
