You will lead large supply planning team responsible for four plants within the UK&I network, including the iconic Bournville factory. You will ensure robust short to long term production plans are in place to support delivery of approved business plans. You will play a crucial role through your leadership in connecting teams, plans and stakeholders to deliver business results. How you will contribute: You will: Lead, engage, coach, and develop a team of 11 in multi-level organisation. Create a high-performance team culture through effective communication, talent development and inclusive leadership. Prepare short and long-term end-to-end supply plans for items produced in four UK&I based plants covering Chocolate, Ref Bev and Candy portfolios. Deliver performance against approved master and detailed schedules and long-range plans, including capacity considerations, using system and tools.
