STV is seeking a National Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) Practice Leader to build, lead, and grow a cohesive, nationally recognized BRT practice across the United States . This role is responsible for national market leadership, client development, technical excellence, and practice economics related to BRT planning, design, and delivery. The National BRT Practice Leader will serve as STV’s primary authority and visible leader for BRT in the U.S. , working across transit, roadway, planning, engineering, systems, and advisory disciplines to position STV as a trusted partner for high‑capacity bus solutions that improve mobility, reliability, sustainability, and rider experience. This is a practice‑building, market‑facing leadership role , requiring a balance of technical credibility, client trust, pursuit leadership, and internal team development .
