Position Overview: As a Senior Financial Analyst you'll be part of our Global Functions & Enablers team Key Responsibilities: '': ' Partner with Controllership and FP&A to develop the Annual Budget and monthly/Quarterly forecast for OCOS with inputs from operations and Other Stakeholders. ' Partner with Supply Chain and Controllership teams to forecast Working Capital (Inventory and AP) and provide weekly updates to Latest estimates by element. ' Tracking and reporting of Financial/Operations metrics - Labor Efficiency, Productivity, Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ), Safety and OTIF (On Time In Fill). ' Developing dashboards & reporting metrics ' Collaborate with Controllership to identify proper labor requirements tied to financial performance. ' Reporting and tracking of labor count & cost. ' Support periodic reporting of OCOS and Working Capital by gathering drivers for variances and preparing reports for month-end and weekly cadences. ' Working with Operations teams to develop a Capex Budget and prioritize projects and track adherence to the budget monthly.
