OVERVIEW iTech AG is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to support a federal program by designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions in a secure, scalable, and compliant environment. This role serves as a senior technical contributor responsible for building high-quality platform functionality, developing user-facing portals, and supporting core ServiceNow capabilities aligned to mission and business needs. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on ServiceNow development experience, deep familiarity with portal technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively within Agile and SAFe delivery environments. This role requires a developer who can translate requirements into maintainable, performant ServiceNow solutions while adhering to federal standards and best practices.
