Field Marketing Manager – $75K–$95K+ | Events + Canvassing | Fast Track to Regional 📍 Charlotte, NC & Columbia, SC 💰 $60,000 Base + Uncapped Bonuses 🚗 Car Allowance + 📱 Phone Allowance About the Role: Joyce Factory Direct is hiring a driven, hands-on Field Marketing Manager to drive lead generation across events and canvassing efforts while building and developing a high-performing team. This is a player-coach leadership role —you’ll lead from the front by generating leads yourself while coaching your team to hit and exceed targets.
