Description Weiser Memorial Hospital--rated as one of Idaho's best places to work--is hiring an experienced Wound Care Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant). The Wound Care Advanced Practice Provider works as a member of the medical team to provide wound care to patients at Weiser Memorial Hospital. This position is responsible for providing wound management, working collaboratively with the facility wound nurse/nursing team. The Wound Care Advanced Practice Provider is responsible for creating and maintaining a plan that results in successful wound care outcomes This position will provide outpatient and inpatient services as well as phone consults and/or telehealth visits with nursing staff and other providers.
