We are looking for a pragmatic, structured, and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to join our Production and Maintenance Team in the heart of Zurich. In this role, you work in the value stream, taking responsibility for our daily manufacturing operations. You provide first-level support and diagnose technical issues to maintain throughput and testing uptime. Your scope includes the maintenance of our current robot generation and driving the NPI execution on the shop floor, specifically the build and troubleshooting of prototypes and zero-series units. You act as the interface between Industrialisation, Quality, R&D, Supply Chain, and Logistics, while collaborating with our EMS partner to ensure stable series production.
