HR Generalist About the Role: Rousselot i s seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting all aspects of Human Resources, ensuring we have the systems and processes in place for our people to thrive. The HR Generalist will play a key part in analyzing current processes, implementing improvements, and serving as a trusted partner across departments. What You'll Do: - Lead and facilitate the new hire onboarding process to deliver an exceptional experience - Act as a primary advocate for HR programs, practices, and upcoming initiatives - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations; review and update policies as needed - Stay informed on HR trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies - Manage HR programs such as orientation, employee recognition, SharePoint resources, etc. - Assist in formulating and updating HR policies and objectives - Partner with HR and operational leadership to design and implement HR strategies - Support day-to-day HR administration, including compensation, benefits, leave, performance management, and training - Perform other duties as assigned What We're Lo...
