Role Summary The individual will primarily participate as an T & V audit team member, performing operational and compliance audits to provide assurance to the Company regarding effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls and compliance with appropriate legal requirements. The Trust and Verify (T & V) Compliance Engineer shall co-ordinate, supervise and conduct all T & V audit assignments. Responsibilities: Audit rig fleet and company sites to verify compliance with the legal, company and industry standards in the categories of QHSSE, drilling, marine, operations, technical, well control, competency management etc. Plan, establish, implement and maintain the T & V audit programme including the frequency, methods, responsibilities, planning requirements and reporting, which shall take into consideration the importance of the processes concerned, changes affecting the organization, and the results of previous audits. Prepare and distribute comprehensive audit reports that summarize the findings, including any non-conformities, observations, and opportunities for improvement.
