A growing sheet metal fabrication company based in the Bensalem, PA market is seeking a full-time employee to fill the position of Operations Manager. The Branch manager is responsible for the successful operation of the branch. Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual performance metrics are met. Implement strategies to facilitate the growth and development of the branch through collaboration with the Director of New Castle Metal as well as the Executive team. QUALIFICATIONS: - Must have can do, customer service fist attitude - Ability to navigate digital MRP systems - Experience in the architectural, construction, or design industry - Familiarity with CAD programs - Familiarity with automation and integrated machinery - Prior experience with sheet metal fabrication and metal roofing is a plus - Commitment to the Company’s mission and its core values - Excellent communication and customer service skills MAIN JOB TASKS & REQUIREMENTS: - Schedule daily manufacturing work, ensuring machine utilization is optimized and production deadlines are met using MRP software. - Manage shop floor personnel to meet individual productivity metrics. - Review production paperwork for accuracy prior to...
