Position Summary : The Sanitation Supervisor ensures that Sanitation standards and its implementation process meet the established food quality and safety standards, ensuring that Sanitation guidelines are followed effectively and safely. Take responsibility & makes sure that the workers follow the guidelines related to GMP and HACCP, adhering to quality, safety, food safety and legislative guidelines. Working closely with Plant Production & QC team, the Sanitation Supervisor will train and supervise the crew to provide quick response to management requests related to microbial testing results, and Pre-operational inspection.
