Events Marketing Lead

About the Role We're hiring an Events Marketing Lead to own how Bunkerhill shows up in the world—at the conferences and trade shows that matter in healthcare, and through the intimate, high-impact experiences we host ourselves. This is not a coordinator role. You will own end-to-end execution across our full event portfolio—from major healthcare conferences to executive dinners, recruiting events, and Bunkerhill-hosted summits. You will define what we do at each event, how we show up, and what happens before and after to make sure every activation drives real outcomes. You will work closely with our founders, our head of marketing, and across content, sales, and other functions we continue to build. This is a high-ownership role in a lean, fast-moving environment. You will set the strategy, run the logistics, and hold yourself accountable for outcomes.
