Description Part Time Seasonal: Job Summary: Grandfather Golf & Country Club has part time opportunities for seasonal bartenders who enjoy providing excellent member service and building relationships. Then main responsibility is preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to our members and their guests. We are in search of people who engender trust, demonstrate a sense of urgency and assure consistent achievement of quality standards. The work requires making decisions that support company guidelines authoritatively and quickly. Job Responsibilities: - Works with the Bar and Beverage Manager to establish and monitor par stock; assists in managing inventory. - Inspects the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available. - Requests additional supplies as necessary and stocks the bar; coordinates with the kitchen for garnishes. - Follows set-up procedures. - Greets members and guests. - Mixes, prepares and serves drinks to members and guests according to the recipes approved by the Bar and Beverage Manager. - Cleans bar as required. - Washes and polishes all bar glasses. - Assists with parties/special functions as needed. - Maintains and cleans b...
