About Docketly Docketly is an appearance counsel provider. We match local attorneys with large firms in need of coverage for short, procedural hearings nationwide. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Verification Operations Specialist (Data Entry) to help ensure the accuracy and quality of hearing information before it is shared with our attorney network. In this role, you'll be a critical checkpoint in our operations while working in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. As part of our evolving workflow, this role will regularly use AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, OpenAI Platform, and similar technologies to support day-to-day tasks and improve efficiency. Candidates should be comfortable using AI tools, reviewing AI-generated information, and incorporating AI into their workflow. This is not an engineering or prompt-development role we’re looking for someone with practical familiarity and interest in using AI tools as part of modern operational work.
