Job Summary: Community Partnership Coordinator is to support the growth of our IDD / BH services throughout Arizona. This role is primarily focused on driving business growth by building relationships to generate client referrals. They are responsible for community outreach, promoting services, tracking referral metrics to increase revenue, and serving as the main point of contact for incoming referrals and service inquiries. This is a field-based, relationship-heavy position ideal for someone who understands the DDD and BH systems and thrives on building trust within the IDD community.
