Operator, Warehouse & Mailroom - Universal Kids Resort

Job description

JOB SUMMARY: Receives, processes, and distributes all incoming mail and freight goods from manufacturers, vendors, and carriers. Pulls items in warehouse as designated in order to fulfill orders/requests and safely delivers items to designated locations. Assists in proper storage of supplies, parts, seasonal items, etc., in warehouse and related spaces. Sorts and delivers all domestic, international, and interdepartmental mail and notices across the resort. Prepares mail items and packages for outgoing shipment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Receives product, picks orders, stocks product into primary and reserve bins, and delivers goods and supplies to their required location. Ensures accuracy of stock with invoice and packing list. Completes all required forms and paperwork. Ensures all outgoing freight is properly labeled and ready for pick up by freight carriers. - Receives and unloads incoming goods delivered to the receiving warehouse. Ensures the safekeeping of, and the quality standards of food, beverage, merchandise, and various other departmental items stored in the warehouse.
