GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: The Physical Therapy Manager is responsible for providing leadership, managerial supervision, and resource support to improve the effectiveness of its department. Basic functions include assisting in planning, organizing and implementing, and managing the physical therapy services through the supervision of clinic teams and proactively assisting in developing solutions to positively impact quality patient care and efficient operations. Utilizing the principles of continuous quality improvement, the position provides leadership to constantly improve processes and focuses on improving outcomes in the Financial, Growth, People, Service, and Quality Pillars. Additionally, the Manager of Physical Therapy will function as a practicing Physical Therapist with the duties and responsibilities delineated on the Physical Therapist job description.
