Position: Inventory Control Coordinator: Location: Illinois Masonic Medical Center (IMMC) - Chicago's Northside near Wrigleyville neighborhood Full Time; 1st Shift: ~Hours: 5:30am-2pm; Monday-Friday Major Responsibilities: - Develops and maintains cost effective maintenance and monitoring programs for inventory in order to maximize usage and minimize expenses. Establishes a follow-up program to monitor the effectiveness of the supply systems to ensure that needs are being met. - Coordinates the appropriate level of inventory quantities required throughout sites utilizing ASLMC Services. Serves as the main contact person for inquiries involving inventory transferred between facilities. - Resolves various procurement issues, including but not limited to: vendor disputes, invoice discrepancies, expedited processing of emergency orders, and handling damaged or defective product. - Reviews and recommends chan...
