Job Description Fabletics OS is currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator, Retail Activations How Do You Fit In?: The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the organization, movement, and shipment of fixtures and other Retail Activations assets within the fulfillment center. This role involves overseeing loading and unloading of trucks, coordinating shipment lanes, repairing fixtures, and ensuring smooth logistics operations for all events. The position also requires occasional travel to major events to assist with on-site logistics. This position will report to the Manager, Retail Activations. Key Responsibilities: Fixture Management & Organization: Maintain an organized inventory of fixtures and related materials in the fulfillment center. Oversee fixture repair, ensuring all items are in good working condition before shipping. Coordinate fixture allocation and retrieval for events. Shipping & Receiving: Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper handling of fixtures and other items. Prepare and process shipments, including packing, labeling, and documentation.
