Role Overview: As an NDT Inspector, you will perform approved non-destructive testing (NDT)—including fluorescent penetrant, magnetic particle, eddy current, ultrasonic, and visual inspections—to document the servicing and repair of gas turbine engines, aircraft components, parts, and accessories. Work will follow the Repair Station Manual, Federal Aviation Regulations, manufacturers’ specifications, and StandardAero policies. What You’ll Do: - Perform NDT inspections and complete records/reports in compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures. - Set up, calibrate, and maintain inspection equipment; prepare components for NDT using all available processes. - Conduct preliminary, in process repair, and final inspections, ensuring accurate documentation prior to product release. - Complete inspections of overhauled or repaired engines, accessories, and components before shipment. - Coordinate workloads with Production and Engineering to meet sch...
