If you enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you! — Who You Are: The Assistant Manager, Retail Construction Sourcing, supports Capri’s Retail Development organization by sourcing, bidding, negotiating, and contracting materials and trade services required for store construction and remodels. This role ensures consistent procurement standards across Capri’s brands by managing centralized sourcing processes that protect cost, quality, and schedule while maintaining compliance with Capri policies and construction controls. You will partner closely with Construction Project Managers, Design, VM, Loss Prevention, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to deliver high‑quality retail environments aligned with each brand’s aesthetic and operational requirements.
