Facility: Work From Home - Ohio Department: HIM - Administration Schedule: Full time Hours: 40 Job Details: The Professional Coding Manager oversees all professional coding operations within Dayton Children’s. This role ensures coding accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient processes that support optimal revenue cycle performance. Reporting to the Director of Mid‑Cycle Operations, the manager leads a team of professional medical coders and maintains effective day‑to‑day workflow operations.
